Cancellation Policy

At Tughill Pet Grooming, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

Required Notice Period for Cancellations

48-hour notice required: To cancel or reschedule appointments, please provide at least 48-hour notice with no penalty.

 

     

       

      Fees for Cancellations

       

      Fees for late cancellations:

       

          • Under 48 hours: 25% of the total appointment
          • Under 24 hours: 50% of the total appointment
          • Same date: 100% of total appointment

       

      • Payment for missed appointments:

       

          • Fees will be invoiced to your number and email and must be paid before booking your next appointment

       

         

        Rescheduling Appointments

        Rescheduling policy:

         

         

         

         

         

         

          • You may reschedule up to 2 times. On the 3rd reschedule the full amount of the appointment total will be due. You will get an invoice sent to your email and cell number and you must be paid to schedule your next appointment. We understand that things happen out of our control. Just reach out to us.
